Company History
BDB Infra Sdn Bhd
Formerly known as Syarikat Bina Kuari (K) Sdn Bhd since its inception in year 1973 and with the span of 48 years of experience in quarry and road constructions, the company changed its name to BDB Infra Sdn Bhd in year 2015. BDB Infra Sdn Bhd is recognized as one of the most reputable Class G7 contractor for road works constructions in Northern States in Malaysia.
BDB Infra is the pioneer of the quarry industry in the north of Kedah State and operates the largest granite quarry in Bukit Perak, Pendang. The quarry keeps on its operations producing and sell various sizes of crushed aggregates and Asphaltic Bituminous Mix Products for the construction of roads, highways, railway tracks, bridges, houses, land reclamations and other infrastructures.

Quarry
Our quarry site measuring of 240 acres situated in Mukim Padang Peliang, Pendang, Kedah Darul Aman well known as Bukit Perak Quarry. BDB Infra has secured the quarry owned by Kedah State Economic Development Authority (PKNK) since 1970’s, With (2) two units crusher plants with producing capacity of 100,000 tonnes monthly and supplies various sizes of granite aggregates. The supply goes to builders and contractors who use them to build roads, highways, railway tracks, bridges, houses, schools and other buildings and structures.
Premix
BDB Infra also operates (2) units plant located at Bukit Perak Quarry and one unit located at with total capacity to produce 3,500 tonne of bituminous mix. In year 2017, BDB Infra has expand its premix operations at Padang Meha Kulim Kedah named Kulim Kedah Premix Plant (KKPP) with an additional unit of Asphalt Batching Plant Model 200 TPH LBD 2500 that able to produces capacity of 1,500 tonne premix daily. This premix supply is to cater our own projects demand from our customers from central and southern Kedah.
Road Constructions
BDB Infra is registered as a class G7 contractor with Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) which permits it to bid and undertake construction projects of unlimited value that are awarded by the government and other statutory bodies. BDB Infra has more than 48 years of excellent track record in road construction and associated works. All of our constructions and quarry operations are fully equipped with the modern and reliable plant and road surfacing machinery. BDB Infra was entrusted by Kedah State Government (KSG) on State Road Maintenance since 2019 – 2023.
